✨ Jen’s Final Touch Esthetics – Booking Policy ✨ Deposits & Payments • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. If you need to cancel the appointment deposit is non-refundable, in order to keep your deposit, appointment must be rescheduled 48hrs before appointment date, not canceled. • Deposits are applied toward the total service price on the day of your appointment. • Remaining balance is due at the time of service. Cancellations & Rescheduling • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment to avoid 100% fee of service booked. • Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service booked. No-Show Policy • Failure to show up will result in loss of deposit and a fee equal to the full service amount. • Future bookings may require full prepayment. Late Policy • Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and will forfeit their deposit, no-shows will be charged 100% of the service price. Refunds & Fixes • All services are final. No refunds. • Complimentary fixes are not offered. Lash retention varies due to natural lash cycles, lifestyle, and individual factors. • Any additional services or fills must be booked and paid accordingly. Aftercare & Responsibility • Clients are responsible for following all aftercare instructions provided. • Jen’s Final Touch is not responsible for premature shedding due to factors outside of application.
